Terms of Use

Guango Go · Last updated: October 12, 2026

These terms explain the rules for using Guango Go (the "App"), including Guango Go point of sale, Guango Market and Guango Supply. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. What Guango Go is

Guango Go gives small businesses in Jamaica tools to run sales, inventory and staff, a marketplace where shoppers can find businesses, and a supply network where businesses and suppliers connect. The App is currently in beta. Features may change, and you may run into bugs. Please keep your own records of anything important to your business.

2. Your account

3. Businesses, shoppers and suppliers

Guango Go is a platform. Businesses and suppliers set their own products, prices and delivery terms and are responsible for them, including meeting any laws that apply to their business (licences, tax, consumer protection). Guango Go is not the seller of goods listed by others and is not a party to sales between shoppers, businesses and suppliers.

4. Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment provider, WiPay. We do not see or store your full card number. Fees, payouts, refunds and disputes for card payments are also subject to WiPay's own terms. Each business is responsible for connecting its own payment account and for refunds it chooses or is required to give.

5. What you may not do

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these rules or put others at risk.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload (business details, product photos, messages). You give us permission to store it and show it as needed to run the App, for example showing your listings to shoppers. We may use anonymous, combined information (for example, overall demand trends that don't identify you) to improve the App.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account in the App's settings. Deleted data may be kept for a short period so it can be restored if you change your mind, and some records may be kept where the law requires. We may close accounts that break these terms.

8. No guarantees, and limits on our responsibility

The App is provided "as is" during beta. We try to keep it available and accurate but cannot promise it will always work without errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, Guango Go is not responsible for lost sales, lost profits or indirect losses caused by using or being unable to use the App, or for the actions of other users.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make an important change we will tell you in the App or by email. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
